Midland Smash Repairs, a busy commercial workshop in Perth’s eastern suburbs, was experiencing ongoing graffiti issues along a concrete boundary wall. Vandals were able to easily access the wall, leading to repeated clean-ups, rising maintenance costs, and an unprofessional street-facing appearance.
